Help Is it safe to uninstall jumobile from Misc. folder, to free up space?

Hello,
Alcatel A564C tracfone, running Android version 4.4.2 here. Phone storage is 2 Gb. Would very much like to free up phone space so I can update my apps & download more. I clear the cache, downloads and message threads regularly, but since I can't move the apps to the SD card, I'm chronically low on storage space. Looking for more fat to cut, I see that in the Misc. folder there's something called jumobile taking up 536MB. Is this something that is safe for me to delete, or would it harm the phone? TIA

That's not a folder. That a collection of uncategorized data and such. I would not delete that unless you know exactly what it is you are deleting.

As I mentioned, I have a low memory Tracfone, and I have rooted the phone and partitioned the SD card so that it uses a portion of the SD card as internal memory. There are apps to help you do this such as apps2sd, etc. However, you must be rooted.

just doing a quick search for jumobile it looks like its a root app for removing system apps. If you are rooted you could very easily remove those yourself. I would say that it is safe to remove it. It wont work unless your rooted.

I have an LG Tribute phone which I have rooted. I went ahead and deleted the "jumobile" entry under Misc data and my phone is working just fine and I have freed up 164 MB of space.
