Support Is it Time for a New Moment?

    My Samsung Moment was stolen a while ago and I got a new one stocked with 2.1. Recently, however, my phone has become a pest. Among the problems, it rendomly shuts off, it doesn't turn back on but instead stays on the part where the word "Samsung" is displayed, shuts off, and goes back to that, the lag between portrait and landscape mode has become unbearable, when it goes on hold i would feel it vibrate and when i go back into it and attempt to open my app drawer, a random app or widget on my homescreen is trashed, the music player randomly stops...while I am listening to music, putting in my unlock pattern takes a while to accomplish and many other issues that seem to be standard. So my question, do I return my Moment for a new one, or do I stick it out and wait for the Epic I plan on getting anyway? The only problem is, I havent seem an actual confirmed release date so I might end up being stuck with this "piece of handiwork" for a few long, arduous months to come...

    I would call Sprint and have a new phone sent out.

    I would send it back too. Assurion sends you a refurb most of the time. You could hard reset and see what happens if you dont want wait for another to come in.

    I have the issue sometimes as well. Mine usually happens after I unlock the screen.
