Just want to make sure, as long as we have the EVO data plan...Sprint TV is free right?

Some of the channels are free but there are others that can be had for an extra monthly fee.

It will tell me before if I am accessing a channel that is "premium" right?

How come sprint does not advertise this? I am amazed at how well it works here in Atlanta on 4G! I wish that they offered more free channels on it though.

Reading the sales propaganda, it says you "get Premium TV" with the EVO data plan. Then when you go into the premium tv app it says the ones that are highlighted blue "are" the premium channels, so that would imply that those are included in the "premium tv offering". Has anyone tried to see if they are charged monthly or not?

Yes, alot of it is free. There are several pay channels in which you will be prompted before you are charged. I belive the channels with the "*" indicate they require a subscription.

Speaking of which, has anyone tried the Playboy channel?? (im curious, had to ask)
