Is the Android os a flawed system ?

Are all of the bugs and glitches a core problem with the android os or is it because all of the various phone manufactures and carriers insist on putting all of their bloat ware on these phones ?

Bugs/glitches could be any number of reasons - user error, carrier bloatware, apps, bad coding, what have you. But calling Android flawed implies that there is a core problem that can't be fixed. From what I've seen so far, Android has no flaw since any issue I've heard of has been able to be resolved though user correction, tweaking settings, or patches/firmware updates.

My Android iPhone was programmed by no other than GOD himself, therefore it is flawless.
