I just swapped my phone out from a Thunderbolt to the Charge and the one big difference is how the third party e mail is being pushed. Non GMail e mails are being pushed in a very rapid Blackberry BIS like way. On the Thunderbolt they would come in batches every 15 mins or however often you have it set to fetch. That seems to be the difference between the two one is a fetch and one is an immediate push.
