You guys might find this thread interesting: New HTC Android Device - xda-developers A poster claims that the Unlockr images that were originally speculated as the Passion are actually a phone called the HTC Bravo. Although I wouldn't normally lend credence to a random forum poster, this guy did give the name as the HTC Bravo over a month before the codename 'Bravo' showed up for the first time in the recent ROM. ROM reveals codenames of upcoming HTC Android phones | Electronista He also claims that the Bravo will be feature a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.7" screen, and will be released in late Q1/early Q2. That would make sense if it is the phone that an HTC executive recently called the successor to the Hero, since he said it would be unveiled in February: HTC exec promises Hero successor in 2010, debut at Mobile World Congress -- Engadget It gets a bit confusing though, because the poster later goes on to say that the Bravo will not look like the Unlockr picture and is not the same phone as the Passion and Dragon (which makes sense since those phones were also listed in the recent ROM). However it is possible that Passion, Dragon, and Bravo are all flavors of the same basic device like the GSM Hero, Sprint Hero, and Droid Eris. Anyway, the guy said he would post pictures and specs by the end of this week in that thread. Obviously there is not much proof at this point, but it is at least a more entertaining rumor than anything else that has come along lately.
