Is there a new radio in 4.3?

Is it worth flashing the new radio and loosing LTE?

Yes. .84. If you want a list of the Nexus 4 radios it can be found here:

Is LTE important to you? There is no obvious substantial improvement where I get full bars where I used to only get 1 if that's what you're asking.

I listen to Shoutcast every day on my way to work. I have had a lot of issues connecting on my first few miles of the trip since I got my Nexus 4. Today, the first day I had 4.3, it connected in my driveway and worked all the way to work. I hope this is because of the new radios, not a fluke.

i was having really bad reception and data/phone dropping after 4.3. flashed .84 and working like a charm. and lte doesnt' work on this radio, but i'm not on tmob so it didn't really make a difference for me.
