Root Is there a stock, non-modified Android Gingerbread rom out there?

I want the original, vanilla, un-modified Gingerbread ROM for my Samsung Captivate. I just don't like all the ATTware (I rooted, so I managed to get most of the stock apps down) but I'm still stuck with some things I want to change, like the lock screen (I have an unlocked LG GT540 before I got the captivate, and it had no branding besides a LG logo at boot).
