I saw a thread on the XDA forums, where someone had edited some jar files and claimed it would fix throttles on your phone. but that was in december. I dont know if it works and the most recent posts say it does nothing or conflicts with it.

I'm running CM7 and dont really know much about what im doing except how to do it and not to do it, as in, ask questions before i flash files. I kind of have a go to guy i talk to about this stuff, but i'm pretty sure he's sleeping.

Does CM7 mess with the services jar or should this be safe? I have a backup from before i flashed CM7, i think just after it came out.
