Is there a way to paly music on PC from Mobile?

I know that there are planty apps to stream from PC to phone, but can it be backward?

i can stream to my appletv using a 3rd party app and also to my roku using noknok. those arent computers, of course, but i believe you can also stream to your computer. you have to install some 3rd party app on your pc. sorry, cant recall what it is at the moment but i know it is possible
