I got the EE07 update the other day and ever since then i have'nt been able to use my 4g. The 4g symbol is showing up but my web browser and apps arnt getting a connection, but when I'm in full signal areas im able to load a few pages but when i try to load a app it no connection and then i cant use the web to. Im not sure if there is something wrong with the lte antenna or if they are blocking it. I still have 2 days to return the phone but im over 60 mins and i was wondering if i could reset the lifetime call counter.

Uh, I've had that issue before. It honestly took like a week for my 4g to come back entirely. If you dont want to wait im sure you can just factory reset the phone, But Im sure metro is atleast a bit smarter than that and will use their own computers to tell.

You need to figure out how to do a NV rebuild on the phone and that will wipe the timer out... lol i didnt tell you tho... But duh you have a warranty on it too. But I think your jumping ship.
