Hey everyone. I have a Samsung galaxy s2 with boost and use this site often for it. Well my brothers iPhone took a crap so he's using his old revolution again. I told him I'd find out how to root it and upgrade ROMs. I briefly looked at the root guide and I'm totally lost. Is there no way to flash a custom recovery using Odin, enabling one to flash in other things like custom ROMs or superuser? Thanks in advance

Only Samsung phones use Odin, it won't work with a Revolution.
Have you checked out the ATR Guide sticky?

Sortof. Not with a fine toothed comb but I was very very lost. The rooting process described made 2% sense to me
