1. Are you ready for the Galaxy S20? Here is everything we know so far!

Is there a way to unlearn/delete words that have been auto-saved in "Quick text"?

As the topic says, is there a way to unlearn/delete words that have been auto-saved in messaging?

The words that I've added myself are editable in "Settings\Locale & text\User Dictionary" but I can't find a way to delete the words that have been auto saved.

On some of the HTC phones you can delete the suggestions in
    "Home>Menu>Settings>Language and Keyboard>Touch input>User Dictionary"
but there is no such menu on my X10 mini...

    Any input?

  2. Go to Settings->Locale&Text->Default input->Dictionary->My words and just point the word/words you wish to delete. Easy as that.

Anyway, this works on my device, hope it works for you aswell:)

Hi I-Trip (and anyone else who could help?!)

Just wondering if you found a solution to your problem? I'm having the same issue...

If I understand correctly, the reply from 'thezepplindog' won't help because the 'MyWords' part in the menu only shows the words you have saved yourself and not the words that have been saved automatically by the phone or one of the applications?

FYI, the words that have been auto-added on my phone are webside adresses (without www. or .com though). I have tried clearing the history and cache in the browser but that has helped.

    Would appreciate any suggestions!
