I would love to have an app to help me to weight reps.
I want to do 20 seconds in which I'll do reps, then get a buzzer and an alarm for 2 seconds.
Then I want 40 seconds rest... then get a buzzer and an alarm for 2 seconds.
Then repeat.
I'm not sure what I should be searching for.
