Is there an App that shows what Apps uses 3G data?

Hey guys, is there an App that shows what Apps that you currently have on the phone uses 3G regularly ? because sometimes i get about 50 megabytes a day or more, when i did not even got on the internet or anything and i don't know what app or apps use my 3G


so help me out here, is there an app that watches what apps use 3g data, and maybe how much each app uses/ or can also shut them down
