Is there an app that will allow me to overlay an image overtop of another app?

    I am taking a series of before/after images, but I want them to be as similar as possible (ie same angle, distance, etc) so that the progressive differences are most easy to spot. Is there a way I can use an app to overlay the initial image on the screen at low opacity, overtop of other apps, so I can use it to line the camera up when taking each successive image?
     


  2. Best thing is a photo widget that displays on all windows ...there should be one
