I'm asking because I wish to have it make a different sound to go with my ringtone. So does anyone know?

Are you talking about the "beep" when you hit end call?

things that interested me while i searched for that end call beep was that i found some sound clips from verizon wireless perhaps this phone is more of lg revolution than we thought? go to root explorer or whatever explorer ya have and navigate to /system/sounds/eri and check out last sound file called verizon wireless .... why would that be in our phone? then /system/sounds/power last sound clip vzw_poweroff.ogg

yea i changed it too i was just curious about why do we have verizon sound clips on our phone i suppose perhaps Lg was too lazy to remove them lol what i do instead of deleting or moving is i just rename oringinal file and add a number 1 to the end of it before the.mp3 and new file has the whole oringinal name and thats it.
