We just went for a walk, and I figured I'd just pair both headsets to the droidx for music playback, but apparantly. it can only pair to one device at a time. Is there an application or setting that will allow this?

I can't believe for a top of the line item like this that it can;t pair to at least two headsets for audio playback.

Interesting concept... are other devices you own able to do this? I've only ever owned dumbphones (till my DX arrives tomorrow) so I'm not really aware of what advance devices are typically capable of with regards to bluetooth.

Yes other standalone mp3 players can pair to more then one headset. Thats why I was surprised the droid x did not.

Hmm, Well I have paired a stereo headset and a mono headset and they both work, but never two mono headsets. Never tried it before either though, cause I always imagined it not being possible.

Id be happy if mine paired to one. My X cannot find my blueant z9. User error im sure.

X does, however, pair great to the new ford sync system......and streams audio via bt.
