so i purchased this phone from tmobile for $250 cause i didnt renew a contract or anything. i dont have data but i was still able to send and receive picture messages. my sister got this phone too from tmobile refurbished but she can't send/receive picture messages and im assuming its cause she doesnt have data. were under the same family plan. i was wondering what the cause of this was.
Help is this a sim card thing? receiving pic messages
