Technically, they didn't hold their end of the contract. I bet we could use this as a way out of our contract if it came down to it. Does anyone know the rules about that?

And if it is, anyone getting the EVO 4g with Sprint? That would prolly be where I went...

Sadly no, the only way is for a Legal Matter to happen... As the issue is we bought the Phone Based on the Promotions about android 2.0

Our Contracts don't have it, and is like the standard BS, You can get a copy of the Contract from TMO per request.

Yes, but you Have to understand that TMO was Mislead as well.. The Question here, is TMO willing to take it sitting down or Not say anything at all..

But, as a Company that Supports New Technology, they more than likely wont say anything at all to samsung
