I have just gotten the droid 2. I charged it all night, last night, and have had it unplugged for appx. 2 hours' I have only used it for a few txt messages and one short youtube video. I have gone from 100% battery to 90%. Is this normal or should I have Verizon replace the battery?

That's about normal for a smartphone bud. At that rate you should get around 20 hours out of it. Be glad it lasts a whole day! Some don't even make it that long.

seems about right, ive had my droid one off the charger for about 2 hours now and am at 80% and thats with like 20 texts and some emails.

easiest way to save battery life is to make sure to put the phone into standby when not in use,the screen is easily the biggest battery drain.
