It says you get a screen protector and 50 bucks for putting up a banner on one of your various accounts online. I have no problem doing this. But is there a catch that i am missing?

when you sign up, they ask for your ssn. most likely a scam.

don't EVER give your SSN if it is not your bank or place of employment asking for it... NOBODY else has business with that, they can give you money without that... trust me everyone else doesn't need it to give you money.

any affiliate program has to get your ss#. Its recorded as income, any commission you earn has to be reported. I say legit.
