yes it a samsung galaxy s2, but i think not the international model. and the phone model number is SHW-M250k.

Sounds like the Korean Galaxy SII model.

So, yes, it is possible to root it.

Using the, "Search this Forum" button on the forum, I could only find these 2 threads for the version you mention:-

I'm "guessing", that you could use the, "Dummies Guide", to root it but you would need to find a CF-Root kernel to use on the M205K. Don't take my word for it though as I've never come across this model.
