Is Viber avaible on LG Optimus me P350 ?

Hi guys,

I have an LG Optimus me P350 for two years now and try to install viber today but I can't :

- First, there is no Viber on "Android Market"
- When I want to go to "Google Play", I have to pass through the internet (no Google Play application on the phone) but when I want to "clik" on "install" on the viber's page, it doesn't do anything, like I'm cliking on nothing (it doesn't recognize the button).

So, can we really install Viber on this Phone ? I think we must go through Google Play to install Viber so, is Google Play avaible on this phone ?
