I am new to the forum and to the Android world. I recently bought a Samsung GT I551 Andriod phone. It was easy to setup Mail for Exchnage on the phone but I am having an issue though. All my replies to mails carry this message at the begining

Can someone please help? Its quite frustrating since I am on the road most of the time (Sales JOb) and use my phone to access corporate mails. Clients complaint of the "gibbersih" that comes with my mails.
