Help issue with lg esteem optimizer

I just got a new esteem and on my first esteem the optimizer worked flawlessly but now on this esteem when I click remove bloatware it says that its complete but after I reboot the bloatware is still there. Why?

Are you sure the phone is rooted?

Lol um yea cwm and oc'ed 1.7 GHz and all that so I don't get why its not working

His phone is rooted and OC'd, it's imposible having VZC.
