Support Issues in connecting tethering hotspot to laptop for SG S2

    Hi,
    I have issues in connecting the tethering hotspot to my laptop using sg s2. I tried the the sim in naother phone and it is working. I am able to connect it and shows as connects, but webpage shows blank.

    Model: GT-I9100
    ANDROID 2.3.3
    Kernel version: 2.6.35.7-I9100XWKF3-CL276555 root@DELL101 #2

    Can someone help me out?

    What are you trying to do? Are you trying to use the SGS2 as a modem for your laptop?

    Anyway, since you are on 2.3.3,
    1) Connect the cable to the PC. You would likely get the MTP screen.
    2) Press the home button to disable and go to phone.
    3) Got to settings/wireless & network/USB tethering and tap on the relevant option.

    Your phone would now work like a modem and there is a blue USB icon in the notification bar.

    If you mean the other way round, can't help you....

    Connecting via USB is working. I am trying to use as wireless. Its showing as connected. But when I browse, can't see anything.
