Support issues with my pictures

    So I like to be organized and put my pictures in different folders so I can easily access them.

    when I did this, 185 of my 209 photos in my specific folder can no longer be seen.

    it states it is a "unsupported file."

    it has the same extensions as the other photos and i can see those. so i am not sure why it isn't working!!!

    HELP!!! they are pictures of my son and really do not want to lose them.

    i don't know that this will fix it, but I have a lot of success with using ASUS File Manager to move pictures.

    If the OS has hidden them, dunno that any app will find them..

    the only thing it will cost you is about 5 minutes to install it.
