Issues

so i have not seen any issue thread yet so here is one.
i like the phone so far but i do have some issues i would like to know if anyone else has them.

big one- ear speaker crackles. reason enough to return
seams the reception is not as good as my blackberry but it is also nasty weather in the north east so i will give it a day
had an issue where i installed an ap, lost data connection even after bat pull, had to re-download it. weird.
and i put it down on my table and it shut off and would not turn on until a bat pull.

i realize that its most likely the phone and isolated. but is anyone else having an issue? i used to be a tech so i did all the quick fixes. just want to see if its wide spread.

I actually have an issue with my external speaker. It kind of sounds like its blown out but I think there's just something that's slightly loose and vibrating. Ill have to get it replaced at Verizon probably tomorrow. That's minor though and obviously just a problem with the hardware.
