    so of course my phone has been rooted and have gotten rid of all the unecassary stuff that comes with it but i have trying to get the wireless tethering to work and cant figure it out. i have barnacle and followed all instructions. it worked the first day that i downloaded it and now it will do nothing. when i search for it with the device that i am using it will show that it is an available network but when i connect to it it says internet connection not avail and wont do anything. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:

    It sounds like one of the apps you removed killed this function.
    I would suggest you start replacing removed apps, rebooting after every few apps to see if function returns. This will help you narrow down the one app that is needed.

    Then post your results so others can benefit.

    I did the tether thing after i did the erasing of those apps. It was working for a day and now i cant get it to work at all

    Easy tether works very well for me, but I'm not rooted and had to install the drivers first. Does rooting negate needing the drivers?
