When I was on 1.5, I used isyncr once and it worked very well.
Since updating to 2.1, I have not a clue on how to use it, when I plug my phone in I see nothing - no prompts or anything, I'm pretty sure it's user error and not a software / hardware error.
If anyone has experience with using this app, I would apreciate any hints, tips & links to a tutorial or previous thread etc.

UPDATE! Figured it out, I was not mounting the sd card and then not opening up the storage device! everything is tip top now!
