1) I was on a call and I'm not sure how it happened (I'm guessing the light sensor deactivated and my cheek pressed it) but the speakerphone turned on and I could not get it to turn off. It wouldn't respond.
2) When adding an app shortcut, when I got to the screen and selected "application," several times (probably more often than not) it didn't respond or had a major lag (to the point where at first I was questioning if I'd even pressed the screen because it took so long).
