But I dont know where to get the apps listed below.

    Am I missing something? lol

Turn your phone into a WiFi hotspot. Other devices can connect via wireless and share your phones internet
Take screenshots of your phone from your phone.
Better memory management, your phone will never slow down!
Overclock your phone, more speed! (If possible!)
Full backup ability. Backup your whole phone state.
Restoring this backup puts your phone in the exact same condition as the backup.
Use 'Market Enabler' to access paid apps if currently unavailable in your country.

    Thanks, Wiggo

They are all apps that you can find if you type the word "root". However, the wifi hotspot doesn't work yet. As consolation, get the LED flashlight app. :)

1 as above, doesn't work yet
    2 Download Drocap2 from Market
    3 I think this is a custom ROM thing, I don't know.
    4 Not possible yet
5 Download Titanium Backup from Market
6 Do you need it? Try AndroLib or just Google it if you do..

Root Explorer is useful and FlashApp. Oh and you could play with SetCPU
