Ive updated to 4.3 and have too many problems plz help

hi i updated my phone galaxy s3 to jb 4.3 and ive been having a lot of problems with it since ive updated i wanted to know if these make sense to you

my model number is I9300
android version 4.3
baseband version i9300JKUGMJ4
KERNEL VERSION 3.0.31-1995310
BUILD NUMBER JSS15J.I9300XXUGMJA

my phone provider is : orange
country Israel

when i connect to samsung keis it tells me there is a new version of firmware what when i try to download it it and update my phone it says there was a problem with updating it

what can i do in order to update my phone to the latest firmware version
since i've updated my phone to jb 4.3 my battery last only for 3 hours at most and it crashes alot

please advise

4.3 is the latest version for the S3. Kies can't handle it yet. 4.3 is also one huge bug - everyone is getting different bugs when they try to use it. You're just going to have to wait for Samsung to come up with a fixed version 4.3 or a version 4.4 (Kit Kat).
