After the upgrade I seem to be getting about the same signal strength. At least that's what my signal indicator shows. Now even in areas where I have an excellent 3g signal and I'm browsing the internet I get the network not responding message fairly regularly. It seems like before in areas with weaker signal the browser would keep trying to load the page for a long time but now the phone gives up quicker to the page cannot be displayed error screen.

I've updated my PRL, profile and reset all data settings several times. I'm considering going back to ICS if I can't decrease this some.

    Anybody else having this issue?

I powered off my phone for 30 seconds and turned it back on and it seemed to of stopped. And I mean a full shutdown with fastboot off.

Funny...right after I typed this I was on wifi and got the message.

I have fastboot turned off and have powered off, removed battery, waited 30 seconds, cleared cache and dalvik cache etc. but it still happens.

You could have a bad flash, at last resort you can go into Cwm and and delete and start fresh again.
