Help Jelly bean 4.2.2 stuck at USB logo

The screen is stuck at USB logo with a white progress bar which changes to red. I can get into recovery mode by playing with volume buttons but none of the options are bring back my android tablet to normal state.

This is DigiFlip Pro

XT811 model.

I think you should visit a technician who can repair it with some hard reset. If have no knowledge about it, please don't make it worst. Just visit nearest store for some technician.
