Root jelly bean - can't setup exchange active sync account

Did a quick search and didn't see anything on this. Basically I wiped everything but my sdcard, flashed flex360's stock rooted deodexed, but cannot install an exchange mail account. The option is there but once clicked I'm just taken back to home screen. On 3rd wipe and flash now and still the same thing. Thought I'd come look here first before xda. Any ideas?
