Hi,
We cannot have JB or ICS on this phone.
However, you can install a lot of custom ROMs and they will give a lot of features of ICS/JB and it will look pretty much like ICS/JB.
Please ROOT your phone. Instal CWM and then you can install any ROM in minutes.
The following are the ones I have used and I will list them in the order of Appearance and functionality:
1. Project Dark ROM - The best one that I've used, smooth and looks great, so much like ICS/JB.
2. JB Lite
3. Cyanogen/Mokee OS - You can even install custom themes on this ROM
4. U-Nexia - Good, stable ROM
