Takju here. Pure stock/no root and so far no update. As the google source says, "over the next couple of days."

Many people are saying to get the update I have to clear "Google Services Framework" data under Apps. I already cleared it on my Galaxy Nexus. Still it says my system is up to date. What's going on? BTW, Anyone know what happens when I clear "Google Services Framework" data?

Also, how do I find out if I've a Takju or Yakju Nexus?

Hmmm...how do I figure out if my phone is Takju or Yakju?

Not sure how or why that would make any difference to an update though?

CDMA versions will not get it just yet but eventually. Hopefully in the coming weeks.

In reality, as long as you got your GNex from Google, I'm not sure it does matter. They do roll out updates in waves though it seems. That's how it was with my G1, my N1 and now the GNex it looks like. Google will hit you when they hit you. I was floored and spoiled with my TF101 though. If there is an update out there for the Transformer and you hit check for updates.... it actually finds it! o_O I thought maybe it was some new leaf being turned over by Google but I guess that's just an Asus thing.

methodically speaking, how does google determine which phones it gets pushed out to?

obviously we're not all getting it at the same time, so there must be some mechanism in place to determine who gets it now vs later, like serial number.

Congrats GSM owners, enjoy the Jelly Bean goodness! Hopefully the update for Big Red isn't too far behind, they've certainly made some good steps forward in the past couple days.

Not me, on a Takyu or whatever phone (the US Play store one). Totally stock/unrooted.
