    Goto settings...

    Then about phone.

The double click on Android version

It will show the image of a jellybean...

    Now...press and hold

Now you get alot more floating around...

    Theres more...

After you start flicking the jelly beans away...you see the next android operating system
Could be 10 or more but look out for a Candycane

Rumors still point to KEY LIME PIE, for Androids new 5.0

Is this a joke? I've known about this easter egg but I've never seen candy canes. What ROM are you on? Just tried it too.

I found a small red/white candy cane floating up from the bottom.

Knew about this Easter Egg but never saw the candy cane before.

edit: after another 5 min flicking JB away a larger candy cane appeared, as far as I can tell clicking on the CC does nothing.

    running 4.1.2

Isn't the code name for the next version "Key Lime Pie"? Thought they were going in alphabetical order...

The next name has never been confirmed by Google.

As far as I know, Key Lime Pie has always been someone's best guess and it stuck in the media.

    And yes in alphabetical order:

    A - (?)
    B - (?)

We still know zip about the next version of android.

That video you posted is from way back in April, Google I/o came and passed without klp.

Earlier this month we got 4.3, which is still jellybean. Let's enjoy that :D

Will our phone ever see past jelly bean? Will someone develop the next version for this phone on a custom ROM?

Faster way to see the candy cane.

Get into the screen with the floating jelly beans as mentioned above.

While they are floating, hit the power button to lock phone/shut off screen.

Now back on, and off, and on..

I did it three times and had a candy cane, the beans are diff each time you cycle it.
