Is there a jellybean rom with sense 3.6 or 4.0 that'll work into the evo v 4g

No, there aren't any jellybean ROMs with sense because HTC hasn't released a jb phone

Nor have they updated a current device to jb

Maybe a Sense theme but Sense would be nearly impossible since Sense Apps heavily dependent on Sense's special Framework

Theres leaked apps (like Camera) from Sense 4.5 already seems to work on Sense 4

That ROM for the One X is still ICS, but I guess were probably not too far off from a phone getting JB without having to use the nexus leak...

Android version numbers do not always line up with sense version numbers.

Sense 4.1 is run on ICS 4.0.X

While HTC has promised jb, theres no word on how soon. The s3 should have it within a month or so

Correct, while the One X and One S have sense 4.1, they are still ICS.

The HTC Proto is going to be the first HTC phone shipped with JB and the One X and One S, are supposedly going to get the JB update next month, but you know how these rumors you read about on the web go...
