Just a few questions...

So I have recently rooted my hero. Running the Gumbo Kernel and Fresh 1.1. Liking it a lot so far. Just a few questions. I am curious about changing the task bar. Not too fond of the one in Fresh and would like to change it. I'm new to all this and I don't know how to do it. Do I just flash the file like i do with ROMs and Kernels? Would also like to know of any good root specific apps that are a must to have.

If you've got the pre-kitchen on your computer, there's a few taskbars on there that you can do quite easily.

Otherwise, if you've got the file of the taskbar you want, you should just be able to flash it just like you did with Fresh

I'm on a Mac so can't use pre-kitchen. I'm ok with just flashing. Thank you.

Yeah just mount add ur new taskbar to the sd card then unmount boot into recovery flash the .zip file done reboot
