I bought a used droid mini from a friend. It was a Verizon plan phone.
Is there any way I can use it with a prepaid service?

It should be a snap. Just swap out the nano sim with the one your prepaid service uses. Which services are you looking at BTW?

Shouldn't be a problem, just get a new SIM for it. You can order it online, call CS or just whip in and ask them to set you up :)

It should work with Verizon Prepaid, yes:

You can also use it on a Verizon MVNO like Page Plus.

If it's GSM SIM unlocked you could use it on a T-Mobile carrier, although it doesn't have all the T-Mobile bands so I'd keep it on a Verizon carrier for best compatibility.
