The learning curve is a little steep, but once you learn it ... it is THEE home-replacement app. Checkout the other Sweeter Home threads with pics to see what we're doing with this newly-released home-replacement app. But I digress... As I have experimented with MANY apps, and home-replacement apps ... I am constantly watching how much available memory I have remaining. I open Task Killer many times throughout the day to check this. For the record, I have approx. 140 apps installed at this time. This hasn't changed all that much over the passed few weeks. I usually have between 38-52M available memory. I really haven't seen it above the 52M mark in a long time. But late last night, I finally finished enough of Sweeter Home to switch over to it full time. When I opened Task Killer, I couldn't believe what I saw! I had 68M available memory! I've been watching it all morning, and it seems to vary between the mid 50s, to the low 70s. So it appears that Sweeter Home Preview 2 is somehow using approx. 20M less memory than Launcher, Home, or Home++ Beta. SWEEEET!!! .
