Just got 2.1 and have a few questions....

Ok so last night I received the OTA 2.1 update and have a few questions. My phone seems to be a bit laggier now with 2.1 anyone else have this problem? Also I seem to have memory loss because I deleted around 3 apps and when I go into my ATK and kill the apps I would get around 75m left now I only get about 53m when its just my mail running. Last question is where is friendstream? I looked for it in the marketplace but cannot find it. I figured it would just be in the add to home under htc widgets but its not.

Also how come my swype wont work on 2.1? said the trial verison expired. Is there any working version of swype for 2.1?
