I had a Droid Incredible. I bought into the Iphone hype and got one this morning.
I have been disappointed with the speed and general "feeling" of the phone. I think I liked my Incredible more. I think Apple gets way too much credit with Android is faster, more responsive, and more robust. I think I have 14 days to return the Iphone..Any idea wihen the Thunderbolt is coming out? Next week?

Still no official release date on the Thunderbolt yet. It WAS supposed to be coming out February 14th, but I think that is out of the picture. I am banking on a February 24th release date.

Ha I know..the grass is not always Greener. :) I thought for sure it would be offered as an option for texting. Every phone I have had since my Ghetto Motorola Brick phone had it..FU Steve Jobs

    if it's the 14-23rd you're in luck, 24-out you're screwed.

Why is that? Can't he just return the iPhone and wait until the Thunderbolt comes out?

The rumor that Verizon is pushing the TBolt release date back to at least 24th is most likely just to avoid this scenario. Cut-off is 14 days.

Reason why we have to wait for the TB, right here.

(This is a troll thread, right?)

I think the OP needs a hug. He's just not going to get one from anyone in here.

Oh no the pre 2 is shipping the 17th so it will probably be 14 days after that. Who would buy that knowing the thunderbolt is coming soon.

I think smart phones are at the size where any desire to make them "smaller" is rather ridiculous. Please convince me that I need a SMALLER screen. Until my hands suddenly shrink, I see no need whatsoever to make smartphones smaller.

8 minutes after I broke this on Twitter, Engadget tweeted it and posted it on their site.

Actually I think the source was Phil @ AC.

Forget - Thought you meant the "confirmed" release date of the 24th.

I was talking about the cheaper smaller iPhone. I sent it to @droid_life.

24th is a go! Like alot of us have been saying for a while now! You would have to belive they were going to atleast wait 14 days until after the iphone 4 got pushed out! Works for me...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but 14 days from the 10th IS the 24th.

As long as the TB comes out on the 24th, you're good.

lol...Well maybe you would like to walk into a verizon store on the official launch day and try returning an iphone for a Thunderbolt...NO WAYYYYY! These are the words you'll hear, (sorry we are all sold out), which most likely will be the truth. Not an easy task my man!

    FYI:
A simple, Hi guys I'm new here to the Forums would be cool! Instead of giving us lessons on how to add...
