Hi I'm selling my rooted droid razr and because I'm selling it I need to reset ti factory form but I heard I would lose the root by doing a factory reset, is their a way to keep the root and super user privilege?

I never assume the buyer knows about root, roms, etc. I'd return it back to stock just for sheer peace of mind.

Doing a factory reset will not cause the device to lose root access. It deletes all personal data and installed apps, but root and custom ROM (if you've installed one) will still be there.
