    I have a webview in an app running on my tablet (4.4.2) and I want it to keep updating data every x minutes. I have tried using both Javascript timers and handlers in the app to handle the refreshing of data. Both seem to work for about 30 minutes after the screen has gone off, but then after that time things seem to go funny.

    I have set the app to never sleep, WiFi is set to always be on and but when looking at the debug logs I see the following errors. I have tried googling them but I can't find anything. Anyone know what this judgeop() is?

    Code (Text):
    1. 06-26 11:23:02.463 14355-14418/com.example.toby.mirror W/judgeop():  ctrlSocket->saving_mode = 1
    2. 06-26 11:23:02.463 14355-14418/com.example.toby.mirror W/judgeop():  ctrlSocket->socketcnt = 0
    3. 06-26 11:23:02.463 14355-14418/com.example.toby.mirror W/judgeop():  ctrlSocket->available_timeline = 0
    4. 06-26 11:23:02.463 14355-14418/com.example.toby.mirror W/judgeop():  ctrlSocket->keeppid[0] = 0
    5. 06-26 11:23:02.463 14355-14418/com.example.toby.mirror W/judgeop():  ctrlSocket->special_socket[0] = 0
    6. 06-26 11:23:02.463 14355-14418/com.example.toby.mirror W/judgeop():  ctrlSocket->special_pid[0] = 0
    7. 06-26 11:23:03.464 14355-14418/com.example.toby.mirror W/zpy: connect skiped
    8. 06-26 11:23:03.464 14355-14418/com.example.toby.mirror W/chromium: [WARNING:net_errors_posix.cc(116)] Unknown error 88 mapped to net::ERR_FAILED
    I have tried this app on my phone (6.0) and strangely it seems to work fine. So I am thinking it must be to do with the version of Android on my tablet. I realise that KitKat is pre webview being split out to a separate app. Maybe some other substantial changes were made which have effected behaviour.

    I would update the version on my tablet (Huawei T1-701w) but it appears it has a locked bootloader and I can't find anyone that has successful updated it to a newer version.

    Any other ideas of things I can try?

    Thanks

    Did you ever fix this? I am experiencing similar problems with 4.4.4. Tried googling judgeop with no joy.
