keeps downloading two files over and over

I've tried a force stop on the My Files app but I keep getting the same two files downloaded over and over. please tell me how to make it stop!

Need a lot more information. What files? From which source? What initiated the download?

I downloaded a .pdf that I purchased from Shopify. The other was a .pdf from BlueridgeParkway.org. I initiated both downloads.
I've downloaded many .pdfs in the past with no problem. I'm wondering if the latest system update might be the problem. I believe that's when it started.
Do you need more info?

Try clearing your system cache and then re-downloading the PDF
