Keeps trying to download ID

My S5 keeps trying and failing to download ID. This is draining the battery horribly. How do I stop it?

If I knew that maybe I could stop it. It might be kinked to Mobile ID app but not sure. I cannot find option to turn off the download and dusabling app does not work it just turns itself back own.

If it was me I would root the phone and get rid of it and then set it back to stock again if you wanted to go back to stock, I've never bothered, I like the control of my phone that rooting gives me, all in all 20 mins work. Phil

I dont know what rooting is. Havent had smart phone long.

Have Google on it, if you feel like doing it come back and I will try to help you through it. Phil
p.s. Providing you are not in the USA, Verizon and AT&T don't like you rooting their phones.
